Ms. Khalida Haya Rashmi is one of the most eminent Advocate/lawyer at Jharkhand High Court; she is an epitome of hardwork, determination and dedication. She is recognized as proficient practitioner with logical arguing skills, accurate analysis, legal research, strict in study, candid with clients. She has appeared in more than 1000 cases so far in Jharkhand High Court as well as other High Courts, various tribunals and Supreme Court.
At around 100 of her cases are report in several journals (such as Jharkhand Bar Council Journal, Jharkhand Case Reporter etc) and online legal search engines/sites (Indian Kanoon, SCC Online, Casemine, Legitquest, Legal Crystal etc). She is also a legal retainer and panel lawyer of different government departments including- Road Construction Department, Government of Jharkhand; Education Department, Government of Jharkhand; Jharkhand State Cooperative Bank; etc.
She is also a social activist and human right defender, she takes immense pride in serving the marginalized and deprived section of the country and actively engaged in providing pro bono legal services to the people in need and has provided advice to, and assisted, various not-for-profit / charitable organizations on different aspects of the law.
